SUBSTANCE: common information and analytical system of safety of state aviation, intended for data collection and processing in order to control safety of flights in lower aviation formations, as well as to support decisions in safety matters, software and hardware which include software systems for analyzing and processing data, situational analysis and modeling, maintenance of databases and knowledge bases on dangerous factors and aviation events, information and reference system with normative documentation and reference information, unified database, documentation and product management, to which are connected automated workstations of system administrator, operational duty officer, data input operator and authorized users, in which communication between control elements is carried out via communication channels of closed network of federal executive authority.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of awareness and efficiency of informing all aviation control bodies on actual state of flight safety, state of main functional components and events.
