FIELD: valve production.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the field of compressor engineering, in particular to the turbo compressors protection systems, and can be used in various branches of industry. Incompressible objects entry into the turbo compressor flow part detection method basis is comparison of the parameter reflecting the torque on the compressor rotor drive shaft increasing dynamics with its threshold value. Method consists in the fact that as reflecting the torque increasing dynamics parameter, the ratio of the moment signal magnitude variance to the square of its average value is used, and the recognition signal is generated when the specified ratio exceeds its threshold value under the condition of torque increasing and the rotor speed non-increasing. Incompressible objects in the turbo compressor flow part recognition system contains mounted on the turbo compressor 15 rotor drive shaft the speed sensor 1 and the torque sensor 2, low-pass filters (LPF) 3, 4 and 9, adders 5 and 6, multipliers 7 and 8, divider 10, comparators 11, 12, 13 and the logical element “AND” 14.
EFFECT: inventions enable to increase the entry of incompressible objects into the turbo compressor flow part detection reliability with these objects entry detection method and system simultaneous simplification.
