FIELD: computer equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rejection machines for filled with liquid bottles examination for the foreign objects presence. Glass bottles with liquid impurities control method includes the container fixing in the transportation direction, prompting the bottle to move, signals reception by the control unit for the foreign particles presence, the received signals with data transfer to the data processing unit, detected bottles with foreign inclusions rejection using the rejection mechanism. In the control zone, the bottles are turned over by the bottles turning mechanism for 180°, and the foreign particles presence control unit, consisting of the LEDs and photodiodes pairs series, installed in a vertical plane, monitors the foreign inclusions movement and records the photocells pairs alternating operation and, through the data processing unit, sends a signal to the rejection. Proposed is its implementation device, containing the transport system, on which scissor clamps are evenly placed for the bottles under the neck fixing, bottles turning mechanism, the foreign particles presence control unit, the processing unit and the rejection mechanism. In the control zone the bottles for 180° turning mechanism is mounted. Foreign particles presence control unit is made in the form of installed in a vertical plane the LEDs and photodiodes pairs series. Wherein through the data processing unit the control unit is connected to the rejection mechanism. Proposed control method and device for its implementation application allows to automate the control operation, to exclude the human factor. When using this invention in the produced in glass bottles beverages production, the control good quality and increase in the productivity is observed.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the glass bottles with liquid monitoring and rejection operation simplification without the conveyor stopping.
