SUBSTANCE: quality control machine to check the bottles with liquid comprises the bed plate, the bottle feeding unit, the bottles retractor, the control area, the vehicle for moving the bottles in the horizontal plane, the follower, configured as the bar, curved in the space to turn the tongs with bottles. The vehicle is made in the form of the conveyor with the tongs, mounted on cantelivers to hold bottles under the neck during transportation to the control area. Moreover the conveyor is equipped, besides two main sprockets, with the additional one with the radius R, equal to the cantilevers length L. To create the appropriate bending angle of the conveyor, the external sprockets are installed. The result is to replace the continuous movement of the controlled bottles into its stop for the period, required to provide checking. Controlled bottles are stopped at the center of the bending by conveyor the additional sprocket due to performing it with the radius, equal to the cantilever with tongs length to hold the bottles.

EFFECT: control operation simplification of the continuously moving bottles, making the subject of control immovable.
