FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bridge construction and can be used as the deformation joint that mates the roadway of the adjacent span structures of highway and city bridges. Deformation joint of the bridge includes the connecting ends of the plates of the carriageway of the bridge span structures, which are arranged with a gap relative to each other, a supporting plate covering the gap, waterproofing, arranged under a layer of the rideable bed of the bridge span structures and above the base plate of the crushed stone-mastic filling, arranged in the slot of the asphalt concrete pavement of the roadway of the bridge. Layer of monolithic concrete is laid on top of the connecting ends and plates of the carriageway of the superstructures of the bridge, in which, when concreting, niches opposite each other in each connected end of the superstructures are arranged, in which are placed the ends of the support plate, along the longitudinal edges of which in the depth of each niche are placed deformable gaskets. Support plate and the deformable gaskets are placed together in the shell mainly of a polymer film. Use of this construction of a deformation joint increases its durability and safety by increasing the total thickness of stone mastic filling and clearance, reducing its relative to the total thickness of wear under the abrasive effect of vehicle wheels, rigid mounting of the metal support plate.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the deformation joint due to the increase in its durability and safety during operation.
