FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of a device and method for processing fibrous materials. Device and method can be used in production of fibrous fillers for heat power, construction, agricultural and other industries. In compliance with first version, proposed device comprises loading hopper 32, bed 1, vertical guides 2, top and bottom chambers for processing material interconnected by branch pipes 18 with openings and arranged on frame 7. Upper part of frame 7 is articulated with sliders 3 of support posts 4, and lower is hingedly with eccentric shaft 5, having counterweights 6, arranged in support posts 4, fixed on bed 1. At that, upper chamber 8 for processing of material is made prismatic with loading hole 9 in the center and has two unloading holes 10 along the edges, inside which along the larger side fixed are chain daisers 11, 12 and 14, of which upper 11 are spring-loaded vertically, at that in central part – by means of rubberized rollers 16, and distance between free-sagging daisy chain screens should not be less than double value of height of sagging chain curtain. Lower chamber for processing of material is made of two cylindrical chambers 19 and 20 conjugated in the center, bounded on the side of loading by partitions 21 and 22 with loading spiral devices 25 and 26, and in central part – by unloading grids 27 and 28. Grinding bodies 31 are arranged in cylindrical chambers. According to the second version of the device with the lower chamber, microgranulation chamber 34 is connected. Microgranulation chamber 34 is provided with loading hole 35 at the center and two unloading holes 36 at the edges, inside which along its perimeter there are rubber-coated inserts 37 in the form of truncated cones directed by large bases from the center to the unloading sides. Method according to first version includes preliminary and main grinding. Preliminary grinding is performed in upper chamber by means of chain curtains, main grinding is performed in lower chamber by means of grinding bodies. According to the second version of the method, the main grinding is performed with subsequent micro granulation – pelletizing material in microgranulation chamber.
EFFECT: group of inventions widens the spectrum of use of technogenic fibrous materials with different physical and mechanical characteristics and enables to obtain fibrous fillers of high quality with a wide range of dispersion.
