FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water supply. Water column contains an electromechanical locking device, made in the form of a solenoid valve located behind the flow meter on the flow pipe in the working part of the well connected to the restricted access system – RAS, intended to exclude unauthorized abstraction of water from the standpipe without payment or without entering into relevant agreements for water use by the subscriber and located in the immediate vicinity of the standpipe on the switchboard control column. System of limited access contains a power supply unit 220/12V, a reader designed for reading information from a non-volatile memory device programmed key, and the Z-5R controller, which is a device placed in a plastic case, designed to control electromagnetic and electromechanical locks.
EFFECT: exclusion of unauthorized water intake from the standpipe is ensured.
