FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the insulation of special equipment. Module for insulating mobile machinery consists of two blocks: external sealed insulating sheath and internal metal structure made of a metal profile and assembled in parts corresponding to the size of the walls, floor, ceiling, fastened with each other with the formation of lathing for interior decoration. Hermetic heat-insulating casing is made of heat-insulating cloth consisting of unstitched polyethylene (PE) canvases in a roll format with a heat-reflecting coating obtained during the extrusion process and duplication of layers to achieve the desired thickness up to 150 mm, having cut-out connecting longitudinal locking systems welded to each other at the butt joints at the temperature of 110–120 °C by heating the building dryer. Manufacturing process of the module includes the manufacture of a single hermetic insulating sheet, from which the insulation sheath is cut to the size and shape of the module, folded in the form of a module, the back wall is hermetically closed up by heat welding the joint, then a door opening is cut out, then, inside the finished shell, the parts of the internal structure are assembled from a metal profile according to the dimensions of the walls, floor, ceiling and fixed to each other to form a batten for interior decoration.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the thermal performance of special equipment, as well as reduce the amount of heat loss during its operation in harsh climatic conditions.
