FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction industry, in particular to repair and insulation works. Technology of warming a balcony or loggia with heat-insulating material of a roll format from non-cross-linked foam polyethylene (NPE) with a heat-reflecting coating, having a lock connection, includes cutting the insulation of the NPE with a margin of 5 to 10 mm and its thrust installation. Lock joints are welded to ensure the integrity of the entire thermal insulation of the balcony or loggia. Work on thermal insulation is carried out in a strict sequence of actions: first, insulate the side slabs, then the parapet, the ceiling and the floor, after which the connecting fuses of the heater of the NPE are welded with a construction hair dryer.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the thermal insulation characteristics of balconies and loggias and minimize heat loss.
