SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of armament, in particular to the automatic small arms, and can be used to increase the box with cartridge belts loading convenience. Box for machine gun belts contains the sheet body 1 with side walls 2 and bottom 3. Inside the body dividing the body cavity volume vertically the inclined partitions 4, the partitions 5 axes and the partitions 6 retainers mounted with possibility of rotation about their longitudinal axes are located. On the partitions 6 retainers the flats 7 are made for the partitions fixing possibility. Inclined partitions 4 are located in the body with the possibility of rotation relative to the partitions axes and with the possibility of the fixing onto the partitions retainers with the radius hooks 8 by the cylindrical surfaces 9.

EFFECT: obtained with the invention implementation technical result consists in increase the machine-gun belt laying density, the cone-shaped cartridges dropping compensation, the machine-gun belt tangling prevention.
