SUBSTANCE: insert for packaging of small arms cartridges comprises a casing with cells arranged in it in rows for cartridges. The insert is made in the form of a plastic grill, on the upper plane of which at the crossing of its transverse and longitudinal partitions forming through cells, there are fixator tabs entering a circular bore of a cartridge or contacting with a conical surface of the cartridge case body and preventing its unprompted displacement relative to the insert.
