FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Fixer for osteosynthesis of the greater trochanter contains a diaphyseal part with openings diverging for the possibility of carrying out screws intracortically, bypassing the leg of the endoprosthesis, and a locking unit containing a contour bend, allowing in form to bend around the tip of the trochanter, the fork and the teeth, which are parallel to each other. Fork is made trident. Length of the teeth is equal to half the thickness of a fragment of the greater trochanter. Teeth oriented at an angle of 150°–160°. Holes are taken out of the outer contour of the plate into the lugs and are made combined for the possibility of using both stabilized and cortical screws. First pair of holes is oriented at an angle of 140°, the second pair – 110° to the axis of the plate, and all the others are perpendicular to the surface of the plate, while the angle of divergence of the screws is 20°–35°.
EFFECT: invention provides a more anatomical reposition of the greater trochanter, followed by rigid fixation for various injuries of the greater trochanter.
