FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for muscle tendons fixation to bones at their separation. Device for muscle tendon fixation to bones includes a body with holes for tendons fixation and channels for angular stability propellers. Personalized housing is made using additive technologies, is made in a form planned by means of 3D simulation, optimal for each specific patient and has a porous structure, and in its thickness there is a frame. Housing has individually arranged and oriented at least three channels for angular stability propellers. Suture material bores are arranged along the perimeter of the body. Walls limiting said holes are made non-porous.
EFFECT: invention provides higher strength of primary and delayed fixation of tendons of muscles to bones during traumatic and orthopedic surgeries, which improves postoperative joint function.
