FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used to identify the type of course of multiple cerebral aneurysms in the late postoperative period. When identifying a combination of the absence of hemorrhage, the absence of cerebral and focal neurological symptoms with the “turning off” of aneurysms from the bloodstream, an asymptomatic form is detected. When identifying a combination of the absence of hemorrhage, the absence of cerebral and focal neurological symptoms with an increase in the size of aneurysm which is not surgically operated, an asymptomatic progressive form is detected. When identifying a combination of the absence of hemorrhage, the absence of cerebral and focal neurological symptoms with a recurrence of the previously “turned off” aneurysm, an asymptomatic recurrent form is detected. When identifying a combination of the absence of hemorrhage, deepening of focal neurological symptoms with the presence of cerebral aneurysm which is not surgically operated on the background of "turned off" from the bloodstream, a focal form is detected. When identifying a combination of the absence of hemorrhage, deepening of focal neurological symptoms with the formation of new aneurysms on the background of "turned off" from the bloodstream, a focal progressive form is detected. When identifying a combination of the absence of hemorrhage, deepening of focal neurological symptoms with a recurrence of the previously “turned off” aneurysm, a focal recurrent form is detected. When identifying a combination of the presence of hemorrhages, the development of focal neurological symptoms with cerebral aneurysm which is not surgically operated on the background of “turned off” from the bloodstream, a complicated form is detected.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the accuracy of the differential diagnosis of forms of course of multiple cerebral aneurysms in the late postoperative period.
