METHOD FOR PREVENTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFECTIOUS COMPLICATIONS AND SEPSIS IN NEUROSURGICAL PATIENTS WITH AN ANEURISMATIC CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE IN AN ACUTE PERIOD OF ANEURYSM RUPTURE (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61K31/395 A61K31/345 A61P31/04

Abstract RU 2694544 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, and concerns preventing the development of infectious complications in neurosurgical patients with aneurismal cerebrovascular disease in the acute period of aneurysm rupture. That is ensured by an antimicrobial therapy ensured by intubation, neurovegetative blockade and transfer of the patient to artificial pulmonary ventilation, regardless of presence or absence of gastrointestinal diseases in the patient. That is ensured by introducing rifaximin 200 mg 3 times day for 7 days or nifuroxazide 200 mg 4 times day for 7 days.

EFFECT: method provides effective prevention of infectious complications in this group of patients by preventing the development of translocation of intestinal flora.
