SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology. The average mean-square deviation of normal RR intervals: SDNN 6.8 ms and less; difference of maximum and minimum RR interval ∆X 0.04 s and less; total power of TR spectrum 7 ms^2 and less; VLF 6 ms^2 and less; LF 1 ms^2 and less; HF 1.23 ms^2 and less; a vagosympathetic interaction factor LF/HF 1.39 and less, and IN proliferation 2687.7 standard units and more, cerebral death is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows for efficient and fast detection of fatal cerebral damages.
