FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncourology and radiology, and can be used for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with dissemination into lymph nodes. Carry out an angiographic study with the introduction of chemotherapy in the renal artery and its simultaneous embolization followed by nephrectomy. After nephrectomy, chemotherapy is followed by remote radiation therapy (RDT) in the mode of average fractionation in a single focal dose of 3 Gy daily to the bed area of the remote kidney and para-aortic lymph nodes on the side of the intact kidney to a total focal dose (TFD) of 27 Gy, isoeffective 34 Gy of the usual fractionation; and on metastatic para-aortic lymph nodes from the distant kidney, to SOD of 48–54 Gy, isoeffective 60–68 Gy of normal fractionation. Chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil 500 mg once a week is performed.
EFFECT: method ensures the achievement of long-term stabilization of the tumor process in patients with disseminated RCC lymph nodes due to the use of RDT in unconventionally large exchange rate TFD.
