FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering 12.0 million MU of alpha interferon and 1.0 g of 5-fluorouracyl into the renal artery with concurrently embolizing it with Ivalon, hemostatic sponge and metal spirals. Immune therapy course is administered in postembolization period 2-3 days later using interleukin-2 once per two days alternating it with intramuscular injections of recombinant alpha interferon at a dose of 3.0 million MU/m2. Roncoleukin is advised to be intravenously drop-wise administered as interleukin-2 in 400 ml of physiological salt solution with 8.0 ml of 10% albumin added during 4 h. The patient is to be examination in future every 3 months. Signs being detected that the disease starts developing or the renal artery recanalization taking place, the treatment is repeated. Tumor node size being reduced or metastasis regress being observed, nephrectomy is to be advisable. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prolonged remission period. 3 cl
