FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biomass conversion method by liquefaction. Single reactor biomass liquefaction method includes the following stages: preparing a suspension containing a catalyst, a curing agent and a biomass, injecting hydrogen into the suspension to perform the reaction, at that, the reaction is controlled so that it proceeds under a pressure of 13–25 MPa and at a temperature of 300–500 °C, as a result, obtained the bio oil, at that the hydrogen introduction into the suspension includes 2 stages: injecting the hydrogen under high pressure into the suspension for the first time until the hydrogen to suspension volume ratio of (50–200):1; heating the suspension to 200–350 °C and injecting the hydrogen under high pressure into the suspension for the second time until the hydrogen to suspension volume ratio of (600–1,500):1, thereby obtaining the reaction mixture of raw materials and heating the reaction mixture of raw materials to 320–450 °C, supplying the heated reaction materials mixture into the reactor with the three-phase fluidized bed for performance of the hydrolysis, cracking and hydrogenation reactions and, in the meantime, introducing the cold hydrogen into the three-phase fluidized bed reactor, at that, the total gas velocity in the three-phase fluidized bed reactor is controlled within 0.02–0.2 m/s; at that, the high-pressure hydrogen has a pressure of 13–27 MPa, and cold hydrogen has a temperature of 60–135 °C.
EFFECT: method has the reaction high efficiency, practically no coke is formed, is characterized by the liquid products with low oxygen content high yield.
