SUBSTANCE: in this invention provides the heavy oil hydrogenation method and device are proposed by the hydrogenation in the fluidized bed method. According to this method, mixing part of the crude oil with the hydrocracking catalyst fluidized bed with the first mixture formation, then the first mixture is sequentially subjected to the first shear rate and the second shear rate in order to implement the catalyst with the crude oil dispersion and mixing high degree, and in order to provide the catalyst with opportunity to fully demonstrate its catalytic activity; due to the crude oil pretreatment, in the device it is possible to prevented the crude oil coking during the hydrogenation process; by choosing the fluidized bed reactor with the liquid phase self-circulation function or the wall cooling function, coking can be reduced or even avoided, and the coke can be freely unloaded; wherein the light and heavy components are separated from the hydrogenation product with fluidized bed in advance, and only the middle component is subjected to hydrogenation in the stationary bed.
EFFECT: due to this not only the hydrogenation load on the stationary bed is significantly reduced, prolonging the stationary catalyst bed service life, but what is more important, the gasoline and diesel fuel yield and quality are increased, and it is expedient to save energy and reduce emissions of the entire system.
