SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Light device (10) comprises heat sink (30) having annular portion (31), including annular surface portion (33) defining central hole (37), however, said annular surface portion (31) carrying a plurality of solid-state light elements (50), and bulbous element (20) interacting with the heat sink. Said bulbous element (20) has first surface portion (21) opposite to said solid-state light elements (50), and second surface portion (22) extending from said first surface portion (21) through said central hole (37). In addition, a luminaire is disclosed, which includes light device (10).
EFFECT: ensuring uniform light distribution.
