FIELD: soil or rock drilling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the control of operating parameters of the drilling process and can be used in the oil and gas industry to feed a drilling tool automatically during downhole drilling of oil and gas wells. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that measure additional performance parameters of drilling, namely the weight of drilling tool suspended on a hook (G),the torque (M) on a rotor, the flow of flushing water (Q), rotational speed (n) of a drill string, height (h) of a traveling block and calculation of the operating speed of the drilling tool motion (Vo), and also measurement of open-circuit parameters, namely the pressure created by a boring pump at idling speed (Pi), the weight of the drilling tool suspended on the hook at idling speed (Gi), torque at idling speed (Mi) and the flow of flushing water at idling speed (Qi), then calculate the difference between the values of the performance parameters and the values of the parameters at idling speed, namely the operating differential pressure ΔRo=P-Pi, operating axial weight on bit go=Gi-G, the operating torque on the rotor Mo=M-Mi, the differential operating flow change of flushing water ΔQo=|Q-Qi|, and repeat the measurements and comparisons of these parameters after each successive process of increasing the drilling tool during drilling, then the values of n and h determine the mode of operation of a drilling rig at the current time, depending on a drilling mode, select the specified maximum permissible parameters ΔRos, gos, Mos, ΔQos, Vos and compare them with the values of the corresponding operating parameters ΔRo, go, Mo, ΔQo, Vo, after which, based on the results of the comparison, the main supported parameter (MSP) is selected ΔRo, go or Mo, which is different by the minimum value from the corresponding specified value at the current time, if the MSP is lower than the specified value, then the feed rate of the drilling tool is increased, if the MSP is higher than the specified value, then the speed of the drilling tool is reduced, and if the difference between the MSP value and the specified value does not exceed the absolute error for this parameter, feed rate of the drilling tool is left unchanged when Vo equal to Vos do not allow its excess, and at a deviation of size ΔQo from ΔQos by an amount greater than the absolute value of the error eq, the feeding of the drilling tool is stopped.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improving the quality and speed of drilling a well, as well as reducing accidents and wear of drilling tools and elements of assembly of drilling string bottom by automatic feed rate control of the drilling tool, taking into account the drilling parameters.
