FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to drilling of oil and gas wells, namely to a method and system for automated control of operation of drilling rigs. System includes a comparison and control module, as well as process parameter sensors and an actuator connected to the comparison and control module. Comparison and control module comprises programmable controller and operator's panel. Actuator comprises a servo drive configured to act on the drum or drum shaft of the drilling rig. Process parameters sensors include a flushing fluid flow rate sensor in the injection line, a pulse sensor for determining the drum winch rotation speed, a drilling tool torque sensor, a drilling string weight sensor on a drilling rig hook, a pressure sensor in the injection line, a pulse sensor for determining the rotor speed of the drilling tool. Comparison and control module records the process parameters received from the sensors, receives the specified parameters of the drilling rig operation, sends to the servo drive of the actuator the signals for drill winch control on the basis of the recorded and preset parameters.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of mechanical speed of drilling, reduction of meanness of well, increase of efficiency of control of well trajectory, reduction of vibrations and wear of elements, improvement of performance of bottomhole motor and service life of bit.
