FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in the construction and repair of the outer surface of pipelines, in particular for applying tape insulating material to the pipeline. Device contains a holder 1, based on the pipeline, which consists of rectangular frames 2 and pantographs 3. Frames 2 are supported on the pipeline 4 in the form of two pairs of motor-wheels 5 and installed in forks 6 with the possibility of rotation relative to the frames 2, and two pairs of self-aligning rollers 7. Pantographs 3 are interconnected via moving lever mechanisms 8. Mechanisms 8 are connected to each other by means of double-sided longitudinal screws 9 with oppositely directed threads. On the forks 6, the motor-wheels 5 on one side of the yoke 1 are mounted with reels 10 with tape material and tension brakes, and on the other side of the opposite side, there are power units 11 for motor-wheels 5, each of which contains a battery and a switch-on unit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the operational properties and simplifying the maintenance of the device during installation and commissioning on the main pipeline.
