SUBSTANCE: separator for the grain heap cleaning contains a cylindrical sieve with the clockwise drive, which has restrictive sidewalls, sprocket, chain transmission and is mounted on the placed on the perforated air duct having perforations in the cylinder right upper quarter bearings, stationary fixed to the posts air supply fan, installed above the cylindrical sieve and having a drive shaft loading device, unloading device, made in the form of installed in the cylindrical sieve lower quarter with a gap belt conveyor, mounted on the bracket and having a drive from the cylindrical sieve sprocket, equipped with a fan aspiration channel. It additionally contains clamps for the sieve fastening to the restrictive sidewalls, guide plates, air supply controller, distribution and metering device, air flow rate controller, dust collector and electric motor with worm gear and chain transmission. Guide plates are rigidly fixed along the radius line to the perforated duct along its entire length and on the perforation either side at a distance of 5 mm. Gap between the guide plates ends and the cylindrical sieve inner surface is 10 mm. Air supply controller is made in the form of the ball valve, and is installed between the air supply fan and the perforated air duct, cylindrical sieve drive is performed from the electric motor with a worm gearbox and chain transmission through the loading device drive shaft and the cylindrical sieve chain transmission. Loading device is made in the form of a hopper, in which lower part the distribution and metering device is located, in the form of connected to the loading device drive shaft and the spring-loaded valve grooved coil. Air flow rate controller is made in the form of flap, handle and scale. Flap is installed inside the aspiration channel and is connected to the handle, which is fixed on the scale, the dust collector is connected to the fan discharge line.

EFFECT: grain heap cleaning separator enables increase in the various in composition and contamination grain heaps cleaning quality and reduction in the dust level in the room, where the cleaning takes place.
