FIELD: agricultural industry; mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: separator for removing grain peels consists of a cylindrical sieve and a perforated air duct which are located coaxially and horizontally, and loading and unloading devices. Loading device is installed above a rotary cylindrical sieve and made in the form of a belt conveyer sloped relative to cylindrical sieve and having a drive shaft. Cylindrical sieve is installed on bearings located on perforated air duct, and is provided with a drive meant for clockwise rotation, and restricting side walls. Above cylindrical sieve in its one forth upper part there arranged is an aspiration channel equipped with a fan. Perforated air duct has perforation just in upper right-handed one forth part of the cylinder and is rigidly fixed on racks. In lower one forth part of cylindrical sieve there installed with a minimum clearance is an unloading device made in the form of a belt conveyor which is fixed on a bracket and driven from a sprocket of the drive shaft of cylindrical sieve. For supplying air to the perforated air duct there envisaged is a fan.
EFFECT: simplifying the design, and increasing efficiency.
