FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: separator of preliminary cleaning comprises a sieve cylinder with a perforated surface with a horizontal axis of rotation, fixed in cantilever fashion. The sieve cylinder has a plate with the holes for mounting the demountable sieves with different dimension of the clearance cell and is provided with tightening rods mounted on the sides in the inner part of the sieve cylinder on the lugs. The sieve cylinder has a helical blade, welded to the inner surface of the tail part, made of sheet steel with a minimum height of d∗5.75≥80 mm and with a pitch of at least 100 mm. Over the separator housing an aspiration chamber is located, which consists of a receiving funnel, a loading hopper, an auger for unloading the waste, an unloading valve, a low-pressure fan, and a cyclone.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of separation of the grain material at the step of preliminary cleaning in the processing of different cultures and efficiency of subsequent cleaning.
