SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental safety. Tank is filled with a solution of the enzyme biostimulation and equipped with a centrifugal pumping unit. Under the cistern, cutting knife discs made in the form of circular knives are mounted using a parallelogram mechanism; expansion sidewalls are fixed to the side surface of the blade and mounted on sliding bearings. For the blade discs on the distributors, nozzles are mounted, fastened to the distributor by means of a thread and consisting of a cylindrical body, inside which there is a conical opening in the form of a confuser. Screw guide of the left-sided orientation of the screw groove is mounted in the tapered hole. Spiral guide is fixed at the exit thrust washer. Press rollers mounted behind the nozzles are made in the form of drums made up of truncated cones connected by small bases and installed on slide bearings, the width of the press rolls is 30…40 mm.
