FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: frozen chopped kelp is defrosted and washed in drinking water, loaded into a cooking tank, poured with a 1 % aqueous solution of sodium chloride, brought to a boil and boiled under a low heat for 30–40 minutes. Then the aqueous solution is drained, and the process is repeated 2–3 times. Next, to the two parts of the obtained semi-finished product, add one part of the filtered solution obtained by adding to 15 parts by weight of drinking water 1 part of dry artichoke extract, 1 part dried berries of barberry and 1 part dried karkade hibiscus petals, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, followed by soaking for 1 hour. Mixture of the semi-finished product and the filtered solution is brought to a boil and boil under a low heat for 10–20 minutes. Resulting mass is discharged and homogenized in a blender at 5,000–6,000 rpm to obtain a homogenate. Resulting homogenate is loaded into the cooking tank, add food agar, diluted in a small amount of drinking water at the rate of 0.5–1 % of the total mass of the obtained product, brought to a boil and boil under a low heat for 10–20 minutes, stirring the mass until complete dissolution of agar.
EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining a product with a high content of substances which are beneficial to health.
