FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to vascular surgery. Localization of the medial tibial condyle is determined by palpation. Needle is taken for intraosseous puncture and injected percutaneously to a depth of 1.0–2.0 cm into the bone spongy tissue by the "indentation-screwing" method or by lightly hammering. Then a syringe with a volume of 20 ml containing 0.5 ml of a previously prepared mixture of 200 ml of 0.9 % saline solution and 5,000 IU of heparin is attached to it. After that, autologous bone marrow is aspirated in a volume of 20 ml and injected from two points in a volume of 10 ml into each: in the inguinal and popliteal fossae paravasally, under ultrasound control – into areas of the anatomical location of non-functioning arterial bypasses.

EFFECT: method allows the stimulation of the development of non-functioning collateral blood flow in the ischemic limb at the level of the femoral and popliteal arteries.
