FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gas industry and can be used to organize the process of filling of gas-filled vehicles (GFV). Filling device consists of two parts, monolithic body 1 and tip 2 with gas supply channel 3. On the inner surface of the housing cavity with a large diameter there are annular grooves 4 for sealing rings 5, 6. In the lower part of the tip there is expanded base 8 with sealing gasket 7 and in the upper part two holes 9. Fixing the connection of tip 2 and monolithic body 1 is provided by locking armature 10 and electromagnetic actuator 11. On the side surface of the tip there is annular groove 12 and fixed fastening washer 13.
EFFECT: reduction and prevention of unauthorized depressurization of the high-pressure pipeline and potential losses of compressed natural gas in the closed state of the tip and the body of the filling device during operation of the CNG container on the vehicle under conditions of increased vibration loads.
