SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture. Herbicidal composition based on glyphosate is a tank mixture of a herbicide of continuous action selected from the group of glyphosates, a mixture of water-soluble amino acids: L-2-amino-2-methyl-mercaptobutyric acid (a), L-α-diaminocaproic acid (b) and L-β-phenyl-α-amino-propionic acid (c), taken in the ratio (a):(b):(c) = (2–3):(1–2):(1–2), ammonium nitrate and water. Formulation further comprises a herbicidally active substance, in which quality at least one of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid esters is used. Tank mixture has the following composition: herbicide from the group of glyphosates – 0.8–1.2 kg, a mixture of water-soluble amino acids taken in the ratio (a):(b):(c) = (2–3):(1–2):(1–2) – 6–16 g, Ammonium nitrate – 1.5–1.9 kg, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid ester 0.2–0.35 l, water – 70–190 liters.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the efficiency of weed control.
