SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and can be used as a synergistic non-selective herbicidal composition for managing weeds and unwanted vegetation. The herbicidal composition constitutes a tank mixture of a non-selective herbicide selected from the group of glyphosates, a mixture of water-soluble amino acids: L-2-amino-2-methyl-mercaptobutyric acid (a), L-α-diaminocaproic acid (b) and L-β-phenyl-α-aminopropionic acid (c), β-(β-indolyl)-α-aminopropionic acid (d), taken in the ratio of (a):(b):(c):(d)=(2 to 3):(1 to 2) :(1 to 2):(1 to 2), phosphoric acid 74 to 82%, wherein the tank mixture has the following composition: a herbicide from the glyphosate group - 0.7 to 1.2 l, a mixture of water-soluble amino acids taken in the ratio of (a):(b):(c):(d)=(2 to 3):(1 to 2):(1 to 2):(1 to 2) - 7 to 18 g, orthophosphoric acid 74 to 82% - 0.004 to 0.95 kg and water - 40 to 190 l. The herbicidal composition is applied for managing weeds by treating weeds and growing areas thereof once with an effective amount of the herbicidal composition during periods with the ambient temperature of +5°C to +28°C, as well as during a period of drought.

EFFECT: proposed glyphosate-based non-selective herbicidal composition ensures efficient destruction of weeds due to a synergistic effect enabling biological efficiency of the herbicidal composition, including that with reduced turgor of weed plants.
