FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture, in particular to the root crops cultivation, in particular fodder beets, turnips, swede, and can be used in agroecology for the agricultural land effective reclamation. Root crops growing method consists in the seeds pre-sowing treatment with a biological preparation, sowing of seeds, watering. As the biological preparation, blue-green alga Spirulina is used, which is introduced in the amount of 10 grams per ton of seeds. Seeds treatment is carried out at night, and sowing is 5–6 hours after treatment. After the seedlings emerge before the watering, determined the plant leaf temperature and the air temperature. In case of the leaf temperature exceeding the air temperature by 1–3 °C performing the watering, at that, the seeds treatment and watering are carried out by the fine sprinkling method.
EFFECT: invention enables increase in the root crops resistance to diseases, increase in the yield and improved quality, including sugar content.
