FIELD: irrigated agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing stubble breaking upon harvesting of precursor; upon appearance of stable rosettes of perennial weeds, destructing them by applying herbicides; disking topsoil and applying organic and mineral fertilizers; plowing by means of general-purpose plows with skimmers; providing harrowing in early spring period; performing overall herbicide application in case of germination of cold-resistant weeds; drilling at spacings of 45.60-70 cm and seeding rate of 500-600 seeds per 1 hectare; providing lateral shifting of top layer soil in front of each shank to expose wet soil layer; embedding seeds for seeding depth of 4-5 cm and covering by roller; applying herbicide at rate of 1.5-2.0 kg/hectare at 1-3 leaves stage; carrying out atomized irrigation at irrigation rate of 250-300 l/hectare; filling strip with soil shifted from spacings and hilling plants to form dumping ridge along axis of each row; mellowing soil in spacings at periods between drop and atomized irrigations; prior to harvesting, exposing plant roots by shifting soil from dumping ridges. EFFECT: increased efficiency by obtaining ecologically clean soya grain due to minimum herbicide application, reduced grain loss and increased yield. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
