FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for treating reinforcing materials in order to ensure their compatibility with dies that are not originally intended for use with the said reinforcing materials, and concerns postponed differentiation of reinforced composite materials. Reinforced composite material contains: at least one fiber reinforcement made from a variety of fibers, covered with a sizing compound; however, the specified fiber reinforcement is characterized by the presence of the first side and the second side; composition for chemical processing, applied to at least one of said first side or said second side of said fiber reinforcement; the specified composition for chemical processing contains one or more of the polyamide with a melting point of less than 250 °C and a chemically active compound selected from the group consisting of a primary amine, primary amide and styrene-maleic anhydride; and thermoplastic matrix material.
EFFECT: invention provides greater standardization of the molding process, which contributes to cost reduction and improved mechanical performance.
