FIELD: different ranges of technique where articles with different-base abrasive coats are used, for example articles in the form of sheets, discs, bands, belts and so on with abrasive coats including abrasive material in the form of grains stuck to base at least by means of one adhesive layer. SUBSTANCE: base of article with abrasive coat includes non-woven material and abrasive coat applied onto base. Non-woven material includes strength heat-resistant thermoplastic binder in which fibrous reinforcing material is dispersed. Binder forms softened composition capable for setting after molding and cooling and stable against deformation and breakage in condition of abrasive working. Melting temperature of heat resistant thermoplastic binder is no less than 200 C. Melting temperature of fibrous reinforcing material in the form of divided fibres exceeds at least by 25 C melting temperature of binder. Binder content in total mass of base is equal to 60-99%. Binder has molded fastening system and it is made in the form of disc in center of which fastening system is arranged. After molding fixing coating is applied on one surface of base and abrasive material is applied on said coating. Sized layer is applied onto abrasive material and fixing coating. Base of product has working and reverse faces, thermoplastic binder, effective quantity of fibrous reinforcing material in the form of divided fibres and effective quantity of strengthening agent, first adhesive layer applied on working surface of base, abrasive material immersed into first adhesive layer and second adhesive layer applied on abrasive material and first adhesive layer.
