In the block code encoding and decoding method, writing each of the original message character to one of k0 variables with length of K bits each, forming k0 code words by n0 characters using the variable bit values linear combination. By the analysis means decoding at least d0 sets of code words formed from the original new messages, writing the values into the variable bit with modification on each cycle, corresponding to the original message. Forming all variants of the code words and calculating the distances between the code words from each modified value and the code word from the redundant symbol, forming the paths.
