SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to a support plate for installing photovoltaic panels on the roof of a building. Support plate (10) contains: sealed vertical overlap means (12), sealed lateral fitting means (14), support pads (36) for plate (10) and empty space (40) to allow cables to pass through and access to the framework of the roof. Said plate contains at least a feature selected from the group including: a plurality of guide rails (46) for deflecting the flow of water to the sides of empty space (40), at least one reinforcement (34) placed between lateral fitting means (14) and the roof and preventing the destruction of said fitting means (14), at least one drilling area (38) and one graduation (20), which makes it possible to adjust the vertical overlap of two juxtaposed plates (10).

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve the tightness of the plate.
