FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of equipment resistant to pressure of structures of hulls, in particular bathyscapes. A self-balancing, pressure-resistant hull design is proposed, which contains spherical inner (1, 2), intermediate (3, 4) and outer (5, 6) hulls, successively located from the inside to the outside of the center of the sphere; specified inner and intermediate hulls, as well as the intermediate and outer hulls, are connected to each other by means of a pair of symmetrical coaxial connecting axes (15, 16, 17, 18) as an assembly, while the axial lines of the two pairs of connecting axes of the assembly are mutually perpendicular, which allows rotation of the inner and intermediate hulls, as well as intermediate and outer hulls relative to each other; a damping means (151, 161, 171, 181) is installed on each of the connecting axes of the assembly in order to counteract the beating of the adjacent hulls against each other in the axial direction.
EFFECT: due to this design, the control system is simplified, the reliability of operation and stability of movement of the underwater vehicle are increased, the noise inside the compartments is reduced, the comfort of the submariners is increased; the safety of the underwater vehicle is increased, the range of choice of materials is expanded, the thickness of the hull is reduced and the complexity of hull manufacturing is reduced.
