SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy and gynecology, and can be used for treating of chronicadnexitis. That is ensured by medicine electrophoresis by device Potok-1 with constant electric current intensity of 20 mA for 20 minutes in the position of the patient lying on his/her back on the couch. Split electrode 10×10 cm each is placed above a projection of appendages: one-on the right, the other-on the left along the anterior abdominal wall. On the electrodes pads is applied 5 % of placenta hydrolysate solution and connected to the device to positive pole. Other an indifferent electrode with size 10×10 cm is placed on sacral area behind and connected to negative pole. Additionally, immediately after the electrophoresis is carried out acoustic-magnetic effect over a projection of appendages on the right and left along the anterior abdominal wall by device Magafon-01. Exposure is performed with value of magnetic induction 30±9 mT, with frequency of acoustic range 0.02-20 kHz at 10 minutes per a field. Procedures are carried out daily, with a course of 10 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides reduction of inflammation in pelvic organs, reduction of fibrotic-connective changes, improved of adaptive body reserves, increase in terms of disease remission.
