FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns methods for processing heavy hydrocarbons and can be used in installations for atmospheric vacuum distillation of oil. Method for processing oil or dark fractions thereof is described, characterized in that in a distillation column in two reaction zones, processes of low-temperature heterogeneous catalytic cracking are combined with the introduction of the raw materials at the stage of the distillation of the catalyst suspension in the calculation of 0.1 wt% by weight of raw materials containing tungsten oxides with a particle size of from 1 to 50 microns, nickel with a particle size of from 10 to 50 nm, chromium with a particle size of from 10 to 50 nm, manganese with a particle size of from 10 to 50 nm, carried out in the liquid phase, and catalytic isomerization and reforming of hydrocarbons in the gas phase in the presence of a zeolite modified with Pt in nanostructured form.
EFFECT: combining the separation of oil and dark residues thereof into boiling point fractions with chemical reactions of breaking carbon-carbon and carbon-hydrogen bonds in hydrocarbons with a molecular mass of more than 30 g/mol, isomerization of paraffins of normal structure, cyclization, dehydration, leading to an increase in the yield of hydrocarbon fractions with a boiling point of up to 195 °C and an increase in the concentration of isoparaffins, naphthenes and aromatic hydrocarbons in fractions with a boiling point of up to 150 °C.
