FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing high-octane gasoline fractions and aromatic hydrocarbons C6-C10 from hydrocarbon raw materials boiling in the boiling point range of gasoline-naphtha fractions by heating, evaporation and overheating to processing temperature, its further contact at temperature of 320–480 °C and increased pressure with periodically regenerated catalyst containing ZSM-5 or ZSM-11 zeolite, cooling and partial condensation of contact products, their dividing by separation and rectification in a stabilization column with separation of hydrocarbon gases on top of this column and stable liquid fraction column bottom, supplying a stable gasoline fraction to the rectification column, separating the liquid distillate on top of the column as a target product and a heavy residue fraction column bottom, where separation of contact products is carried out at temperature of 150–220 °C or at temperature providing content of molar fraction of liquid in contact products equal to 0.05–0.25, the vapor-gas fraction obtained during separation of the contact products is fed into a stabilization column and the stable gasoline fraction recovered therein is fed into the rectification column together with the liquid fraction recovered at the separation stage of the contact products.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption – amount of heat and coolant required for separation of reaction products.
