FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of high-octane gasoline fractions and aromatic hydrocarbons C6-C10 from hydrocarbon material, boiling out in the temperature range of boiling points of gasoline-lanolin fractions, and can be used in oil refining. Method is carried out by heating of hydrocarbon raw stock boiling out in the temperature range, hydrocarbon material, evaporation and overheating to the processing temperature, its further contact at temperature of 320–480 °C and increased pressure with periodically regenerated catalyst containing ZSM-5 or ZSM-11 zeolite, cooling and partial condensation of contact products, their separation by separation and rectification in stabilization column with extraction of hydrocarbon gases on top of this column and stable gasoline fraction column bottom, rectification of liquid fraction in rectification column with extraction of liquid distillate by column top and heavy residue fraction column by cube. Reaction products are cooled and subjected to separation at 150–220 °C, providing content of molar fraction of liquid in reaction products equal to 0.05–0.25, separation of contact products is carried out at temperature of 150–220 °C, steam-gas fraction obtained during separation of contact products is fed into a stabilization column; the liquid fraction recovered at the separation stage of the contact products is fed into the rectification column while the stable gasoline fraction is mixed with distillate of the rectification column to produce the target product.

EFFECT: reduction of power inputs for cooling and heating of process flows, as well as reduction of metal consumption of rectification column due to use of column of smaller diameter.
