SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer equipment. Stand-alone device for collecting and analyzing data contains a computing unit connected to a storage device, video camera, digital barometer and modem, made with the ability to complete all active computational processes, verification of disconnection of all sensors, self-disconnection, activation of a software timer during wake-up time, periodically renewing the connection with the dispatcher server to send a report on the progress of the program and update the list of tasks, and a control unit connected to a charge control sensor, analog environmental sensors and a GSM module for data transmission and receiving control commands in a low power mode from a power system consisting of a renewable energy source.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the duration of battery life.
