SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated control systems, dispatcher control and safety of vehicles on-route. System for control and monitoring of routed vehicles includes an on-board system terminal which collects data and transmits all received data to a telematic server with software and a dispatcher computer. Telematic server receives data from telemedicine terminals, from a radio-frequency identification device for the right of entry/exit of a vehicle to/from the vehicle fleet (a) and from a report module, which records travel records. On-board terminal transmits data on the location of the monitoring object to the telematic server and to the dispatcher computer. System on-board terminal receives data from passenger traffic sensors or load sensors, driver control style and manner, driving safe video analytics module, video recorders, devices for continuous voice communication of a dispatcher with a vehicle driver, emergency assistance buttons and temperature sensors.

EFFECT: higher passenger safety on public road transport.
