FIELD: electrical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power converter equipment, and can be used for the high-voltage frequency converter three-phase three-level active rectifier control, which control system during the mains voltage short-term asymmetrical dips, switches the active rectifier keys operation mode from the pulse-width control method to the relay control. Device is equipped with the high-voltage frequency converter (8) control system during the power supply source short-term voltage unbalance. This system contains: the clock pulses the first (9) and the second (16) generators; the first (10) and the second (11) pulse shapers; the first (12) and the second (13) multipliers; control pulses generator the first (14) and second (15) units; (17) is the voltage phase shifter by 30°; the first (18) and the second (19) current sensors; the phase currents maximum value by modulus the first (20) and the second (23) determining units; first (21) and second (24) adders; the first (22) and second (25) two-position hysteresis relay controllers; (26) is the synchronous machine given current computer; synchronous machine voltage sensor (27) and current sensor (28); the synchronous machine rotor speed sensor (29) and angular position sensor (30); the synchronous machine (31) speed and moment setting unit; the third three-position hysteresis relay controller (32). Claimed device provides for the active rectifiers phase currents first harmonic increase limiting, the DC link voltage fluctuations range limiting, as well as the DC link capacitors voltages imbalance reduction to the permissible limits, which increases the high-voltage frequency converter operation reliability.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the three-phase three-level active rectifiers operation reliability and speed during the power supply source short-term asymmetrical voltage dips.
