FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to control three-phase three-level active rectifier of high-voltage frequency converter, control system of which during short-term asymmetric mains voltage failures switches operating mode of active rectifier switches from pulse-width control method to relay-vector control. Technical result is improvement of reliability and operation speed of three-phase three-level active rectifiers at short-term asymmetric power supply voltage failures. Device is equipped with control system of high-voltage frequency converter 11 at asymmetric voltage of power supply. Said system comprises: unit (12) for calculating active and reactive components of currents of power supply; phase locked loop (13) and generating sector number unit (13); relay regulators (14, 15) of active and reactive currents; unit (16) of preliminary selection of basic vector of voltage of active rectifiers; unit (17) for calculation of specified value of active current and state of balance of voltages on capacitors of DC link; unit (18, 19) for selection of basic voltage vectors for active voltage rectifiers of the first and second frequency converters and generation of control signals by switches of said rectifiers; Storage units (20, 21) of their previous values of basic stress vectors.

EFFECT: device provides higher reliability and operating speed of three-phase three-level active rectifiers of high-voltage frequency converter at short-time asymmetric voltage drops of power supply source; besides, the device provides high power factor, practically sinusoidal current form consumed from the network.
