SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of traffic flow control. Guided road marker consists of a body, where in the lower part a battery, a control unit, a geo-positioning beacon are fixed. Upper part of the body is made in the form of a solar battery, and also has several light sources with lenses for refraction of light rays. Each light source is made in the form of light sources of the red, green and yellow emission spectrum. Method of traffic control is that in the lanes of roads set controlled differentiated road markers and control is carried out from the traffic control centre for an encrypted radio signal.
EFFECT: traffic control is provided by means of a light alarm located on the road surface.
