FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: road geometric traffic light containing the light aperture as sections of three colours: red, yellow, and green, arranged vertically, while the outline of the red signal light has a form of a square, the outline of the green light - a form of a circle, and the outline of the yellow signal light has a form of a triangle and is located between the red and green lights with the apex directed toward the red light signal equipped with a controller having the technical possibility to control the light aperture of the traffic light by several algorithms, an external button controlling the traffic light controller via a radio channel, intended for the organization of road with low-intensity traffic according to the signals of which the controller handles the selection of the algorithm, and a stationary control panel in the location of the traffic light and connected to it by a cable with a toggle switch for enabling or disabling the traffic light, a switch for enabling or disabling the external button for the travel organisation on the road with low-intensity traffic, a switch of forced choice of the controller operation algorithm, a switch selecting between the operation of the lighting aperture under the control of the controller or manual mode, and toggle switches for manual control of the light signals of the traffic light.
EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of technical means that contribute to improving the road safety.
